Service Description
Our shadows are the aspects of ourselves that we tend to deny or reject due to fear, worry or stress. Shadow work is the process of facing our shadows and recognizing the their true power and potential through healing and deeper understanding. Every session is unique tailored to your energy at the time, considering your mental and emotional state and level of awareness. I will be guided by your higher self and spirit team to unlock messages and healing / spiritual practices that can help you transform fear, blockages, stagnation, restriction and limitation into flow, exploration, expansion, love and abundance. I may guide you through practices within the realms of meditation, somatic healing, ancestral healing, inner child healing and past life regression.
Cancellation & Refund Policies
CANCELLATION POLICY While this is a personal service, it does not have to take place in-person only. If you cannot make a scheduled appointment, The Eye of Light requires notification no less than 24 hours prior to the relevant session in order to reschedule at no cost. Notification of cancellation less than 24 hours before an appointment, or if lateness or no show occurs, the session cost is required to be paid in full. REFUND POLICY All completed sessions are non-refundable. Session packages are also non-refundable after the first session. Any unused sessions may be transferred or gifted to a friend or family member.
